Exception Error thrown while trying to open migrated attachments in Track-It! 2018

    PROBLEM:

    An exception error is thrown while trying to open attachments that were migrated from Track-It! 11.4


    CAUSE:

    This issue occurs when the Sequence crosses over 32000 entries in _SMDBA_._ATTACH_ table.


    SOLUTION:

    Login to the Track-It! database and run the following query:

    select * from _SMDBA_._ATTACH_ where [SEQ_INCIDENT:] = '%2018WORKORDERNUMBER%'

    Check the FILEBLOB column to see if the value is not NULL.

    If the value is not NULL, download the attached zipped file and follow instructions provided in ReadMe.txt.
