    PROBLEM:

    Smart Reporting Duplicate records for Asset management reports. 

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Create a report with Asset Management View with CI Names.
    2. The Output will result with duplicate CI records.
    3. Remedy ITSM has unique records without duplicates. 



     


    CAUSE:

    Defect


    SOLUTION:

     This issue has been investigated and identified as a Defect SW00551223.

    Work Around:

    1. Remove the rowLimit value from the Data Source custom parameters.
    2. Increase the Max Get List value in Reporting AR Server to 50000 or a Higher value. 

    Note: Number of rows can be controlled enabling the 'Max Rows Returned' under Data Source 'Usage Parameters'.
