    QUESTION:

    How to track an Enhancement Request (RFE) once the case has been closed.


    ANSWER:

     

      To track the request using the BMC Customer Support website: http://www.bmc.com/support?cmp=redirect_support

    1.    From the BMC Customer Support website, select Issue Management. 
    2.    From the Issue and Defect Management page, select View/Update Issues.
                * Note: If you are not already logged in, the system will prompt you for your user ID and password.
    3.    In the Search by ID section, select the Defect/CAR/RFE option from the dropdown Search For menu.
    4.    In the ID # field, enter the RFE number and click the Quick Search button.
