    How to Display the Category Tree View in Remedyforce Self Service 3.0


    ANSWER:

     

    Displaying the Category Tree View in Remedyforce Self Service 3.0
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration | Application Settings | Custom Settings
    3. Click Manage next to Remedyforce Settings
    4. Click Edit beside: SS_ShowListViewForCategory

      

    NOTE: If it does not exist it can be created by clicking New

      

    5. To display the treeview set the value to False | Click Save
    6. Log into Self Service 3.0 | Click Submit a Ticket.
    7. Click the Category field
    8. Verify the Categories display in the tree view
