Optimal ways to enable BMC Helix Chatbot

    BMC Helix Digital Workplace has added new capabilities to optimally enable the administrator to embed and enable BMC Helix Chatbot to deliver intelligent, omni-channel experiences.

    BMC Helix Chatbot is loaded in iFrame wizard, and double logging in is not required if the following parameters are configured in the BMC Helix Chatbot Settings of BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog: BMC Helix SSO URL, Private Key, and Private Key Passphrase.
