Remedy AR Server - Open Data Management Console with error message: The check could not locate an entry for "servernamepro" in the UDM:RAppPassword form

    Data Management Job Console and configurations copied from PRO environment to DEV environment



    PROBLEM:

    If you are getting this error while trying to open Data Management Console in the DEV environment  (DEV environment is copied from PRO environment):

    Check UDM plugin config
    The check could not locate an entry for "servernameofpro" in the UDM:RAppPassword form

    SOLUTION:

    1. Verify there is entry of 'Server-Connect-Name' or 'Server-Name' in UDM:RAppPassword form for each server group member.

    2.Delete the entry of " servernameofpro " from below two forms.

      UDM:Config  
    AR System Server Group Operation Ranking 
      
      3.Delete the entry of "servernamepro"  in the servgrp_board database table. 
      
      4.Restart ARServer and issue should be fixed
