How to change the Default behavior of E-mail processing in Track-It! 2018?
Currently there is no way to change the default behavior of the emails that are processed by the Email Monitor in Track-It! from the GUI. However we can achieve this by running the following SQL scripts.
Note: Please take a Full backup of the database before running these queries.
We can have three types of actions on the processed emails-
- Move the processed email to different folder (TrackItProcessedEmails folder will be created and all processed emails will be move this this folder and inbox will be clean)
Update [dbo].[NAMSYSPROPERTIES] set value = '2' where name ='featEmailProcessingPostAction'
2. Delete processed emails
Update [dbo].[NAMSYSPROPERTIES] set value = '1' where name ='featEmailProcessingPostAction'
3. Let processed emails stay in Inbox (Default)
No need to run any query as this is the Out-of-the box behavior.
