DWP Catalog 18.11 -  "Attachment for an incident entry"  [Internal] work info entry gets created on ITSM/SRM side

    PROBLEM:

    An "Attachment for an incident entry"  [Internal] work info entry, gets created on Inicdents and Work Orders when submitting DWP Catalog Work Orders/Incidents on DWP.


    CAUSE:

    DRMY1-14109 - Performance : API : Application is getting crashed and not recovering with 40 concurrent users - 5 iterations


    SOLUTION:

    Contact BMC Support and ask for  the below  HF

    DRMY1-14109

    Please, do the following ONLY:

    1. Move com.bmc.myservice.bundle-1.0.00-SNAPSHOT.<*>-dev.jar and com.bmc.myservice.connect.remedy-18.11.0-SNAPSHOT.<*>-dev.jar in <DWP Catalog Install Directory>/sb/.deploymentpackages to a newly created backup folder
    2. Remove com.bmc.myservice.bundle-1.0.00-SNAPSHOT.<*>-dev.jar and com.bmc.myservice.connect.remedy-18.11.0-SNAPSHOT.<*>-dev.jar from <DWP Catalog Install Directory>/deployedsmartbundles
    3. Copy the new jar com.bmc.myservice.bundle-1.0.00-SNAPSHOT.<*>.jar and com.bmc.myservice.connect.remedy-18.11.0-SNAPSHOT.<*>-dev.jar to <DWP Catalog Install Directory>/sb/.deploymentpackages
    4. Delete all files from bundle-cache directory (/opt/bmc/digitalworkplace/bundle-cache)
    5. Start DWP Catalog Server
