    Remedy AR System Server



    PROBLEM:

    After logging into Remedy with a Fixed License user (e.g. Allen) in 2 different locations, The following error is displayed:
    "User is currently connected from another machine or incompatible session (ARERR 9084)"

    Checked the License Review and  can see a Fixed license has been obtained:

    SOLUTION:

    This is expected behaviour as the end user requires Administration permission in the User form in conjunction with a Fixed license.

    Required  "Administrator" permission is missing from the Group List in the User form for Allen.  
    Once added, Allen was able to log into Remedy at multiple locations now.
