    QUESTION:

    How to Add Approval Process Rejection/Approval Comments in the Remedyforce Email?


    ANSWER:

    Adding Approval Process Rejection / Approval to Comments in Email Templates:
    1. Login to the Org as Administrator.
    2. Click on Remedyforce Admin tab | Configure Email  | Email Templates | Create new .
    3. Select template type as Text or custom.
    4. From "Select Field Type" choose Approval Fields,
    5. Select Field  = Approval Step Comments,
    6. Copy the merge field value - {!ApprovalRequest.Comments} and put it in the Email body section.
    7. Save the Email template.
    8. Now open the required Approval process where we need to show the Approval process comments in the email body.
    9. Go to  Final Approver Actions or Rejection section.
    10. Click on "Add New " button.
    11 .Select Email Alert .A new Email Alert form will open.
    12. Fill all the details and select the email template that created above.
    13. Save it.
    14. Verify that the Approval or rejection comments are showing in the email body.
