PROBLEM:
Unable to Attach File from Remedyforce Self Service. Error: Add Attachment: An Error Occurred While Saving the Record
CAUSE:
Problem related to the use of the Customer Portal Manager Custom license.
SOLUTION:
Workaround:
1. In Remedyforce Administration > Application Settings > General Application Settings > Uncheck Upload attachments as Salesforce Files. Once unchecked the user will be able to upload attachments in Remedyforce Self Service.
2. Convert the user to the Salesforce platform."
