Error in TSCO Generic Database Extractor ETL 'FAILED  BCO_ETL_FAIL115: Detected a non read-only query'

    PROBLEM:

     

    We have a couple of database extractor ETLs which are failing after the upgrade to CO 10 with the following error:
    [2015-01-23 10:24:38] FAILED  Detected a non read-only query. Abort query execution.

      



     

     


    SOLUTION:

     

       

    From CO 10.0 a control for security has been added to avoid SQL injection. The extract queries have to start with SELECT or WITH

    Ensure that you always put a white space after the keyword SELECT or WITH even if there is a new line after these keywords.
