    How to Create a Service Outage in Remedyforce


    ANSWER:

     

    There are two ways to create a Service Outage
     
    Creating a Service Outage from Remedyforce Administration:
    1. Click the Remedyforce Administration tab.
    2. On the Home page Click the Manage Workflows and Other Processes tile | From the menu Select Service Outage.
    3. Click New
    4. Enter the required information | Click Save
     

    Creating a Service Outage from Remedyforce Workspaces:
    1. Click Remedyforce Workspaces
    2. Under Change Management Click Service Outage.
    3. Click New
    4. Enter the required information | Click Save
