VIDEO: Admin/Config/Onboarding #5 - Email Services

This Video Series is designed to help a variety of audiences understand the Remedyforce application in greater detail.  Examples:

  • Prospects can get more out of their trial experience by understanding and configuring the more subtle aspects of the solution that will drive greater value for their organizations.
  • Customers can use these videos to come up to speed faster, ramping up their application in a recommended, best-practice fashion.
  • Partners may use these videos to assist in the onboarding of their customers (and provide to customer teams).

 

Each video is a short admin/configuration clip, covering key components of the Remedyforce solution.  The videos can be paused if using them in an instructional manner.  In addition, we have included the script document, which would allow text-based access to the same information.
