Unable to update a WorkOrder via Atrium integrator[1]

    The customer was seeing the following error when running a AI job to update work orders:
    2018/12/13 12:34:22 - AR Upsert WO.0 - ERROR (version, build 1 from 2017-05-10 13.39.58 by buildadm) : ERROR (10000): ; You do not have the authority to modify work order, "WOIN00001112356". You must be a member or an associate member of either the Request Manager or the Request Assignee Group. 


    The user used in the connection details, Demo, didn't have the correct permissions to update work orders.


    Change the ARUpsert step connection details to an ITSM user that had permissions for Work Orders.
    In spoon edit the step and then edit the connection- you can changed the user/password here.
