PROBLEM:
The customer was seeing the following error when running a AI job to update work orders:
2018/12/13 12:34:22 - AR Upsert WO.0 - ERROR (version 6.0.1.0-386, build 1 from 2017-05-10 13.39.58 by buildadm) : ERROR (10000): ; You do not have the authority to modify work order, "WOIN00001112356". You must be a member or an associate member of either the Request Manager or the Request Assignee Group.
CAUSE:
The user used in the connection details, Demo, didn't have the correct permissions to update work orders.
SOLUTION:
Change the ARUpsert step connection details to an ITSM user that had permissions for Work Orders.
In spoon edit the step and then edit the connection- you can changed the user/password here.
