    The Yurbi App for BMC Remedy enhances BMC ITSM as well as BMC Analytics by enabling data from other sources, such as, phone systems and custom databases to easily be integrated into the single view. Yurbi enables quick and complete reporting for ITIL and Service Management.   Example report types include: Open and Closed Activity , Trends Reports such as Average Closure Time, by Locations, by Categories,  by Analysts, by Priority, Service Level Agreements, Change Management, Configuration Items, Contact Records, Compliance and Accuracy Reports, Survey Reports.
