Track-It 2018: Email Monitor Service won't start.

    PROBLEM:

    While trying to start the Email Monitor in Track-It through the GUI you might see the following error in the Windows Event Logs.
     

      The description for Event ID 0 from source NAMServerControl.dll cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer. 

    If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

    SOLUTION:

                     In order to remedy this issue you will have to take the following steps:
                               

                                  1. Stop IIS
                                2. Stop World Wide Web
                                3. Stop Track-It Mail Processor and Job Processor services
                                4. Select the dbo.NAMSYSSERVER table.

                                5. Clear the NAMSYSSERVERS table (delete from NAMSYSSERVERS)
                                6. Start Services.
