Smart Reporting Error 'Incorrect username and password' Logging In To Admin Console When Deployed With External Tomcat

    Smart reporting 18.08 Apache Tomcat Version -  8.5.34



    PROBLEM:


    - Install Smart Reporting with external tomcat 
    -After successful completion of installation access the Admin console  .
    - It will throw an error " Incorrect username and password " . Though the user credentials are correct and direct URL is accessible with same credentials .

    In Smart Reporting logs could see below error message

    CAUSE:

    This issue has been investigated and identified as a Defect SW00551642,


    SOLUTION:

    The issue will be fixed in patch for 1808. As a workaround, use the bundled Tomcat.
