BSA/TSSA: Error from blcli performance commands after 8.9.03 P1 upgrade - Failed to create CLIMain object

    PROBLEM:

    After upgrading to BSA/TSSA 8.9.03 P1, the following error may be encountered on some Application Servers when running the BLCLI performance commands:

    The blcli.log contains the following error message:

    org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 22; columnNumber: 83; schema_reference.4: Failed to read schema document 'http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans.xsd', because 1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the root element of the document is not <xsd:schema>.

    FATAL [MESSAGE] Could not initialize spring context [/MESSAGE] 

    org.springframework.beans.factory.xml.XmlBeanDefinitionStoreException: Line 22 in XML document from URL [jar:file:/opt/bmc/bladelogic/NSH/br/stdlib/bladelogic_ca-format.jar!/spring/model/ca-format-model-beans.xml] is invalid; nested exception is org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 22; columnNumber: 83; cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'beans'.

    CAUSE:

    TSSA/BSA 8.9.03 P1 Defect DRBLG-116356


    SOLUTION:

    This error occurs when the arapi-8.1.0.0.jar is loaded before other jar files in the CLASSPATH and this jar contains outdated references to some classes.  This ordering in the classpath is random for the performance commands which is why this error may not occur in all environments.

    If this happens in your environment, open a case with BMC Software customer support and provide the <appserver install>/NSH/br/stdlib/arapi-8.1.0.0.jar file.
