    APPLIES TO:

    MyIT 3.2 / 3.3 / 3.4 / 3.5

    PROBLEM:

BMC online document provide methods to view the number of users logging in BMC Digital Workplace.

    Example: https://docs.bmc.com/docs/digitalworkplacebasic/35/reviewing-active-users-771813458.html

    To use the SQL scripts
On your BMC Digital Workplace server, locate the following scripts in the installDirectory \utils where installDirectory is the directory in which BMC Digital Workplace was installed:
user-admin-oracle.sql—Review usage on an Oracle database.
user-admin-sql-server.sql—Review usage on a Microsoft SQL Server database.

However, we do not find utils folder with SQL scripts in install directory.

    SOLUTION:

BMC Recommends you should be using the UI to find out active users from MyIT version 3.3 onwards and the SQL script for older versions. However the scripts are missing in install location for 3.5 and 18.02 versions.

You can download the utils zip file attached with this knowledge article to review from database.
