Recently BMC Communities has been responding slowly and sometimes displaying 502 errors for many of our members. We suspect this may be a lingering result of some memory issues at the VM level, and our engineers are actively looking into this.
What's the plan?
The maintenance activity on Oct 4th, 5 PM Pacific (downtime of approximately one hour) helped to reduce issues.
Tues Oct 23rd, site begins to be slow again. Troubleshooting continues. This document will be updated with further information soon.
