BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk
Some Categories are Not Available for Staff in the Remedyforce Console, nor through the Self Service.
Categories were marked 'Under review'
Remove the Under Review attribute:
1. Login as Admin
2. Open Categories from standard Salesforce page
3. Select a Category that is not visible to Staff
4. Uncheck the field Under Review
3. Click Save
4. Verify the Category is visible to Staff from the Remedyforce Console
