    PROBLEM:

    How to Assign a Permission Set to Multiple Users in Remedyforce ?                         


    SOLUTION:

    Follow below steps to Assign a permission sets to multiple users in Remedyforce:

       
    1. Log into Remedyforce as Administrator
    2.  
    3. Select Setup | Manage Users
    4.  
    5. Permission set | Select the permission set that you want to assign to users.
    6.  
    7. Click Manage Assignments and then Add Assignments.
    8.  
    9. Select the checkboxes next to the names of the users you want assigned to the permission set, and click Assign.
    10.  
    11. Verify the permission sets are assigned to all selected users .
       Messages confirm success or indicate if a user doesn’t have the appropriate licenses for assignment.
