Use Case: MyIT: How to Configure Survey Notification for completed Requests
Please perform below configuration in order to configure the Survey Notification.
- Checked Single question survey is created on SRM : Survey form
- Look for Survey is attached on SRD: Service Request Management to SRD
- Look for SRD is having Survey attached on MyIT end from MyIT admin console.
- Check SMTP configuration is there or not on each MyIT server.
- SMTP: HOST
- SMTP: Port
- Look for SRM:CFG_Preferences form ( Last Survey days should be 0) So that survey will trigger for all requests.
- Look for MyIT backend URL is set from MyIT admin console.
--Look for Notification settings from MyIT admin console it should be check as per required checkboxes.
- After making this configuration MyIt survey should look like this.
