Track-It! 11.4 and above
Track-It! 11.4 Email Monitor stops converting Emails into Work Orders and Stops Sending Emails out if TLS 1.0 AND/OR TLS 1.1 is Disabled on the Exchange Server.
This happens due to the dependency of the Track-It! 11.4 Email Monitor on the Quicksoft feature of the Email Protocol to communicate with the Exchange Server. This is a known issue that has not been rectified in the current version of the product.
Solution:This issue has been resolved in 126.96.36.1999 version of Track-It!. Please download and upgrade to the latest version of Track-It! i.e. 11.4 SP1 R2.
