    1. Verify Salesforce Shield has been purchased
    2. Create the encryption key and store it in a safe location
    3. Contact BMC Support to open a case with Salesforce to enable Encryption for Managed Package Fields
    4. There is a 3-5 day turn around by Salesforce to enable Encryption of Managed Package Fields
