    QUESTION:

    I have installed RSSO server and the remedy mid-tier/ars integrations.

    When I try to log into remedy, I get the prompt to log into RSSO then, I get the following message:

    ====================================
    Forbidden request! Goto url should be aligned with a RSSO cookie domain.
    ====================================

    ANSWER:

    Solution 1:
    You need to use the FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) for your application, as the RSSO agent is not able to process the request without domain:

    e.g.
    Wrong call:
    http://<ApplicationServer>:<Port>/arsys    [http://server1:8080/arsys]

    Correct call:
    http://<ApplicationServer>.<Domain>:<Port>/arsys    [http://server1.bmc.com:8080/arsys]

    Solution 2.
    Your Application domain must be the same configured in RSSO

    Application URL:   http://server1.bmc.com:8080/arsys
    RSSO Server:       http://rsso-server.bmc.com:8080/rsso

    You need to check the cookie domain in the RSSO Admin console as well:
