    Richard Would is a Lead Customer Success Manager based in Ireland with over 17 years in the IT sector, 10+ years in user/infrastructure support and more recently 6 years in IT Service Management. Richard is passionate about building strong relationships with his customers, helping them to realize the full value benefit from Digital Service Management.  He has a strong IT support and escalations management background and strives to see every situation from the customers perspective, delivering rapidly on ‘their’ terms. Richard has built and managed high performing, geographically dispersed support teams, focused on maintaining high CSAT and driving consistent support delivery for enterprise clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering and Cisco CCNA along with multiple Microsoft professional certifications, and is ITIL v3 Certified.
