    QUESTION:

    How to Change the Display Name (Override) for a BMC Helix Remedyforce Tab?


    ANSWER:

    Changing the Display Name for Remedyforce Tab (i.e. Remedyforce Self Service):
     

       
    1. Go to Setup
    2.  
    3. In the Quick find type "Override" and select from below Override
    4.  
    5. Select Package: BMC Helix Remedyforce Service Desk | Language: English | Setup Component: Web Tab 
    6.  
    7. Go to column - "Custom Tab Label Override" and double click the row "Remedyforce Self Service"
    8.  
    9. For the Override, type the desired custom label for Remedyforce Self Service |  Click Save.
    10.  
    11. Refresh the browser and verify, Remedyforce Self Service Tab (or your desired tab) has been renamed.
       NOTE: If the proper settings do not appear enable Translation Settings
