    Remedyforce: How to change the Display Name for Remedyforce SelfService?


    ANSWER:

    Changing the Display Name for Remedyforce Selfservice:
     
    1. Click Setup
    2. In the Quick find type: Override  - NOTE: Do NOT press enter.
    3. Click Override
    4. Select Package: BMC Remedyforce | Language: English | Setup Component: Web Tab | Under Custom Tab Label

    NOTE: If the proper settings do not appear enable Translation Settings

    5. For the Override type the desired custom label for Remedyforce Self Service |  Click Save.
    6. Refresh the browser and verify, Remedyforce Self Service Tab has been renamed.
