    QUESTION:

    How to Create and Configure Agreements?


    ANSWER:

    Below  the Steps to Configure Agreements:

       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration Tab | Manage Workflows and Other Processes | Agreements
    2.  
    3. Click on New | Fill out the Required Fields (Name, Agreement type, Starting and Finishing date) | Save
    4.  
    5. Switch to Service Target Tab and click on new | Enter the required fields and set the time for the target
    6.  
    7. Switch to Qualifications Tab | Define the qualification for the target
    8.  
    9. Switch to Measurement Tab | Define when the target will start, be paused and be stopped.
    10.  
    11. Switch to Milestones Tab | Set desired Actions for the service target
    12.  
    13. Save
    14.  
    15. Add more Service Targets if's desired by repeating steps 3-7
    16.  
    17. Save & Verify the Agreement is working as expected.
