    QUESTION:

    How to Modify the Salesforce Approval Page Layout for Remedyforce Approvals


    ANSWER:

    You can add fields to the Approval Page Layout via the following:
    1. Click Setup
    2. In the Quick find type: Approve  -  NOTE: Do not press Enter
    3. In the List that appears Click Approval Process
    4. Locate and Click the name of the Approval Process you want to edit.
    5. Click Edit | Select Approval Page Layout.
    6. Add the desire fields | Click Save.
    7. Click Home | Click Approve next to an item to approve.
    8. Verify the added fields appear on the approval page layout.
