    PROBLEM:

    Getting error

       
    1. [ERROR (8606): Access denied to the specified tenant.;<tenantGUID>","messageNumber":8790} in bundle logs when trying to login in Service broker URL
    2.  
    3. Tenant data population in progress:  "activationStatus":"Failed"
      
      

     


    CAUSE:

    The tenant was in Deactivated status


    SOLUTION:

    1)Open AR System Tenant form from DWP Catalog  Mid-tier
    2)Search for the Tenant record
    3)Update the Status from Deactivated to Enabled
    4)Save
    5)Restart the DWP C  dwpcontroller service.
