    Scenario 2:

    The errors seen in email logs after ARS upgrade to 1808.
    <EML> <TID: 47> <SEVERE > <LoggingModule> /* fr okt 11 2019 00:37:08.768 */ No field values were specified for submit or modify operation. Specify values for the action. . Email ID: incoming/{Mailbox_Name}

    There was no impact due to this error. However the error was triggered every minute.

    CAUSE:

    Incoming Messages are not using the correct format for the application process the instructions required.

    SOLUTION:

    Solution for Scenario 1:
    The Incoming Mailbox is configured to process messages instructions as documented in:
    Modify instructions:
    https://docs.bmc.com/docs/ars91/en/how-modify-instructions-work-with-incoming-email-609072632.html

    Submit instructions:
    https://docs.bmc.com/docs/ars91/en/sending-a-submit-instruction-to-the-email-engine-609072629.html

    But the messages received do not contain the expected format to process the required instructions.
    If no instructions messages are used, this feature can be disabled in the Incoming Mailbox configuration.

    _________________________________________________________________________________________
    Solution for Scenario 2:

    The solution is to recreate the impacted mailbox.

    Once the impacted mailbox was recreated, errors stopped coming. Issue resolved.
