    How to modify the Remedyforce client layout. 
     


    ANSWER:

    How to modify the Remedyforce client layout. 

       
    1. Go to Remedyforce Administration tab > manage users > clients
    2.  
    3. Select a client
    4.  
    5. If you want to add more fields into the layout such as business hours, Time Zone, Language, etc.  Please follow the next steps:

    7. Go to setup > Customize > Users > Field sets
    8.  
    9. Click Edit besides the main panel option.
    10.  
    11. Drag the field you want to add. 
    12.  
    13. Click save
    14.  
    15. Validate if the fields were added into the Remedyforce client Layout.
