    QUESTION:

    Insufficient Privileges trying to add a note to an Incident


    ANSWER:

     

       
        
         
          
           
            
            1.Go to the Remedyforce Console        
    2.Open any ticket        
    3.Go to actions > Add a note        
    Error: Insufficient Privileges        
           
    Solution: Add the BMCServiceDesk Staff Permission Set or you can Enable Visualforce page access for the page "stdlayoutincidentaddnotepage" for the profile
