    QUESTION:

    In Remedy Single Sign On - Unable to do Kerberos authentication after Java update


    ANSWER:


    1.- Apply Java JCE unlimited strength for the whatever Java version you have.
    2.- Remove the JAVA Environment variables
    3.- Reboot

    Things should work after the reboot.

    JAR Classpath includes path to the security element which changed due to the new version of java.
