    QUESTION:

    View My Assets in Remedyforce Self Service


    ANSWER:

     

    .Self Service enables clients to submit tickets for the configuration items (CIs) or assets assigned to them. They can also view tickets related to a CI or asset. This feature is delivered in Remedyforce Winter 18 release.

    To configure CIs and Assets view in Self Service 3.0, perform the following steps:

      
       
    1. Navigate to Remedyforce Administration > Configure Self Service > Tiles Visibility and Order.

    3. Enable the View My Assets check box.
