    PROBLEM:

     

    Queue Manager dashboard is Showing incorrect status for stopped queue manager

    The queue manager on the queue manager dashboard shows a queue manager as down even though it has just been started. Even after refreshing the dashboard, the queue manager is still shown as down.
     

     


    CAUSE:

    The data feeding the queue manager dashboard gets only updated at the pre-defined monitoring interval. The default monitoring interval is 300 seconds.


    SOLUTION:

    It should be made sure, that the monitoring interval meets your needs

    The default of 300 seconds seems to be reasonable and in order to not overwhelm the product with too much monitoring data should not be set too a much shorter value.
