Remedyforce Service Desk
NOTE: The changes need to be done via LMA access so please grant access to BMC support and log a support Case providing this document so Support can perform the below steps
Delete the Duplicate Self Service Entry in Custom Settings:
1. Log into Remedyforce via LMA
2. Select Setup
3. Develop | Custom Settings
4. Click Manage next to BMCSYSProperties
5. Delete Name "Configured Self Service" and Value "Self Service 2.0"
6. Click Save
7. Go to Remedyforce Administration | Configure Self Service | Self Service Version
8. Verify Self Service can be upgrade to 3.0 the Setting Saved.
