The 9.1.04 Remedy platform is enabled to train and consume responses from Machine Learning algorithm provided by the BMC cognitive service in conjunction with IBM Watson. This cognitive capability can be used for ITSM use cases like auto-categorization of incidents and other Remedy ITSM records from the Smart IT 2.0 user interface.
