    As a Remedyforce customer, your Customer Success Manager or (BRM) may have already reached out to you on a few occasions to inform you that you may have gone over your Staff allowance based on your subscription. They probably also discussed a way to monitor your Staff count by running our OOTB License Metric Report and they may have also suggested to add this report to a Dashboard for easier monitoring.
