DWP Catalog: Unable to send Incident status

    PROBLEM:

    We have created DWP Catalog workflow to create an incident with a receive task for status however when the incident has been resolved it will not close the associated request in the DWP Client (MyIT).


    SOLUTION:

    Out of the box we currently provide remedy workflow which will close a request when a Work Order has been completed. If you would like the same functionality for Incidents (Incident resolved) please import the attached filter and set up the service/workflow in the DWP Catalog.

    Please note, the receive task should be set up with a signal parameter of "Work Status" making sure to set the condition of Work Status = "Resolved".
