After data migration the customer may experience an "undefined" error popup after logging into self service. After closing the error popup they may get redirected back to the login screen.
A large number of Categories were marked as 'visible' in Self Service, during an import from version 11.4 using the migration tool.
A DLL hotfix has been provided to resolve the issue
- Download the zip file attached at the bottom of this article, then extract the DLL inside.
- Backup the original DLL and place the new extracted DLL into the following path in your Track-It! installation:
