Knowledge users cannot see the Knowledge application flyout menu to create articles or visit the knowledge console

    QUESTION:

    Many users with the knowledge roles cannot see the RKM application menu from the Applications flyout menu on the remedy homepage. They go to Applications > Knowledge Management and the only thing that can be seen is "Search Knowledge". Items like create knowledge and knowledge console are missing for the role of Knowledge User


    ANSWER:

    Open up developer studio.
