    QUESTION:

    Customer has mistakenly deleted one Incident from Remedyforce and unable to restore the deleted incident from Recycle bin in Remedyforce?


    ANSWER:

    There is a validation rule in the Incident object restricting the data restoration.
    Disabled the Validation rule xxxxx and issue get resolved.
