    PROBLEM:

    Direct URL for Request Definition in Remedyforce Self Service


    SOLUTION:

     You can use following URL to open the Service Request directly in Remedyforce Self Service

    https://bmcservicedesk.ap7.visual.force.com/apex/bmcservicedesk__ssredirect?type=sr%26id=a3H28000000NxnxEAC


    Please note: "ap7" will need to be replaced with the SFDC instance where you Org is installed. To get the Id of Request Definition, used in above example (a3H28000000NxnxEAC) - Go to Remedyforce Administration and open the Request Definition. You will find a field "Self Service Link". Copy the Id from this URL and use in the direct URL as suggested above.
