    PROBLEM:

    In Control-M Self Service List view display , the job status filter is ineffective after the job status changes.


    CAUSE:

    CAR00128882 Self-Service - List filters don't refresh after jobs status updates in service viewpoint.


    SOLUTION:

    The following CAR has been opened for this issue:

    CAR00128882 elf-Service - List filters don't refresh after jobs status updates in service viewpoint.

    This will be fixed in a future Fix Pack, but at this time no definitive release date has been planned.

    The workaround is to select the Refresh button to apply the filter again when the job status changes.
