S0C4 when running Collect on HALDB

    MAXM Database Advisor for IMS


    There is a chance of a S0C4 ABEND occurring in an Advisor COLLECT job running against a HALDB when processing EPS data


    This solution requires the following PTF(s):
    The PTF(s) is available via E-fix or from our web site via FTP. Below is sample jcl to retrieve the receive file and unterse it. You may also call BMC Support at 1-800-537-1813 and request that it be sent to you.

    The following changes must be made to this sample jcl (Please maintain the case sensitivity):
    1. Add a JOBCARD
    2. Change the high level "HILVLQ" to your standards
    3. Change "mine@bmc.com" to your email address in the FTPGET1 step.
