    QUESTION:

    How to delete orphan Control-M Calendar definitions where the Control-M Server of the calendar was changed or deleted?

     


    ANSWER:

     

    To delete orphan calendars, executes the following steps:

    1) Recreate the original Control-M Server definition(in "Define" mode) and gateway(with "Ignored" desired state) from Control-M Configuration Manager(CCM). 
    2) Delete the newly created Gateway at Control-M Configuration Manager(CCM). 
    3) Delete the Control-M Server original definition at Control-M Configuration Manager(CCM). 
    4) At Calendars list at Workload Automation GUI, click on Refresh button to verify that the orphan calendars are gone.
